I'm saddened to hear of Mr Bauske's passing but seeing the pictures allowed me to remember him they way he was. I kept my boat at the Basin for almost 10 years and not only benefited from his knowledge but extremely enjoyed his stories of the Navy, Chain o lakes, and dance contests he used to win. I would sometimes go to the marina just by myself because I knew he or Brice would be around to shoot the breeze and enjoy my grilling. God speed young man. Thanks for taking the time.

My sincere condolences to Norm’s family. My association with Norm and his sons over the years of boating on Fox Lake were made memorable by Norm’s pleasant, friendly and genuine personality. He will be truly missed.

We will miss Norm as he and the Bauske family have always been such great friends to our parents. Our sincere sympathy goes out to you at this time. We along with all Fox Lake residents and boaters of the Chain O Lakes will miss our local icon. May the really wonderful memories of him bring you all happiness. He was such a sweet, nice and funny man.

Our condolences to the entire family. We have been at Bauske's for a number of years and it was always a pleasure to spend some time with Norm. He always had a good story or two. He will be Missed.
