I am sending my sincerest condolences to Pat's family. I knew him, enjoyed laughing with him and learning from him while I was affiliated with Source of Title and the National Association off Land Title Examiners and Abstractors (NALTEA). Pat had an amazing sense of humor and was able to make layman feel at home in the industry. He was a kind, good man who shall be missed immensely. May his soul rest in peace.

My condolences on the passing of a great man. Although I only rarely saw him at real estate conferences, every time was like we just saw each other the week before. He was always very kind and the conversations came easy. I admired and respected him and he will be missed.
