Brad Miller, 46, of Ingleside, passed away unexpectedly, February 16, 2022.
Brad was born on June 25, 1975 to Roy Miller and Virginia Clark in Waukegan, Il. Brad loved running the family business his grandparents, Jerry and Evelyn built in 1967 known as Miller’s Dog n Suds, in Ingleside, IL.
In 1993, he met his wife, Ann (nee Villiger), while working at the Dog n Suds. Brad and Ann went on to marry and have two children, Bradley, 26 and Jeffrey, 12.
Brad‘s passion in life was not only his love for his family, but making memories on the Chain O’Lakes, boating, fishing, skiing, camping, cooking over the campfire or smoking meat in his beloved smoker. Brad was also well known for being that mentor/supervisor/manager to so many local teens by providing them their first job; teaching them many life skills they need in order to go out and be successful in today’s job market.
Brad was predeceased by his grandparents, Jerry and Evelyn Miller; his uncle, Don Miller; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Patrick and Dale Villiger; and his long time family friend, Kimberly Edwards.
He is survived by his wife of 14 years; his sons, Bradley (Jessica Freid) and Jeffrey Miller; his father and stepmother, Roy & Sherrill Miller; his mother, Virginia Clark; his siblings, Roy Miller, Jr., Robyn (Chuck) Clark, Bill Sullivan, Carrie(Steve) Richter, Denise (Nick) Lersch; his in-laws, Kim, Jeff, Nick, Kathy, and Adam; and long time family friend, Ed Edwards. He was the fun-loving uncle that was always the life of the party to his nieces and nephews, Lauren, Rose, Dylan, Delaney, Jaden, Alyssa, Hunter, Samantha, Chloe and Renee; and was looking forward to meeting his first Granddaughter, Madison, expected in July.
Visitation will be from 2-6 p.m., Sunday, February 20, at Hamsher Lakeside Funerals & Cremations, 12 N. Pistakee Lake Rd., Fox Lake. Interment will be private.
