Cindy Lee DiCosola (nee Shultz), 65, of Ingleside, unexpectedly passed away Thursday, September 11, 2025, at Northwestern McHenry Hospital.  She was born December 15, 1959, in Kansas City, KS.

Cindy enjoyed bird watching, sewing, cooking, spending time with family, planning parties, and loved animals—especially dogs.

Survivors include her loving husband of 36 years, Dominic “Don” DiCosola, Jr.; beloved children, Dominic III (Mariana), Kristol (Joseph) Terzo, Anthony, and Nicholas; grandson to be, Anthony Jr., who will be born in December 2025; sister, Dianna Lynn (Tamara Guilinger) Shultz; mother-in-law, Jean DiCosola; sister-in-law, Nancy (Mark) Antol; brother-in-law, Ronald DiCosola; and nephews and nieces, Joseph, Lydia, Teagan, Kelli, and Zachary.

Cindy was preceded in death by her mother, Alice Jane Shultz; sister, Denise Catherine Shultz; and father-in-law, Dominic DiCosola, Sr.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Cindy’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, appreciated.
