Cindy Mary Hill (nee McGill), 71, of Ingleside, peacefully passed away surrounded by her family Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at Advocate Condell Medical Center, Libertyville.  She was born August 10, 1954, in Highwood, to the late Farrell and Mary McGill.

Cindy had a successful, 25-year career as a salesperson with Medline Industries.  Prior to working in medical supplies, Cindy was a real-estate agent for ReMax Advantage, Antioch, for 10 years.

Above all, Cindy loved being a wife, mom, and grandma.  She was her kids’ biggest supporter and loved spending time with her grandsons.  Cindy loved all her many pets and treated shopping as a sport.

Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Steve; children, Tracy (Jake) Vekemans and Tommy (Alison) Hill; grandsons, Levi Vekemans and Rhett and Brooks Hill; siblings, Mike (Kathy) McGill, Pat (Arlene) McGill, and Lindy (Dean) Dimitriou; brothers-in-law, David (Susan) Hill and Ronny (Missy) Hill; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Saturday, December 6, at St. Mary of the Annunciation Catholic Church, 22333 W. Erhart Rd., Mundelein.  All are invited to go directly to the church.  Burial will follow in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Cindy’s name to the Colorectal Cancer Alliance, appreciated.
