Diane Christine Clark (née Holt), 58, of Fox Lake, unexpectedly died at home after a brief battle with cancer on Sunday, December 28, 2025. She was born October 5, 1967, in Waukegan to Timothy and Elizabeth (née Jensen) Holt.

A 1985 graduate of Warren Township High School, Diane began her successful career in real estate at just 16 years old. Her dedication and professionalism spanned decades, and she most recently served as office manager at Berkshire Hathaway in Libertyville.

Diane embraced life and found joy in many simple pleasures. She loved boating and lake life on the Chain of Lakes, playing the piano and ukulele, watching her favorite movies and TV shows, and playing Candy Crush.  Above all else, Diane cherished time spent with her family and friends, who meant everything to her; especially her beloved son, David.  

She is survived by her loving husband of 32 years, Jeff; her son, David Clark of Fox Lake; her parents, Timothy and Elizabeth Holt of Antioch; her sister, Patty Lux of Milwaukee; her sister-in-law, Jill Clark of Lake Villa; her niece, Macy Lux of Milwaukee, mother-in-law, Barbara Clark; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Timothy David Holt; niece, Stella Nikole; and father-in-law, Arthur Clark.

A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 1:00 p.m. at RINGA FUNERAL HOME, 122 S. Milwaukee Avenue (Route 83), Lake Villa. Private interment will follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Clark family.
