Robert E. Varno, 77, of McHenry, at rest July 3, 2023.  Loving husband of the late Heidi (nee Stielau); brother of Ralph “Wayne” (Elizabeth), Sharon (Russell) Hardesty, Rueben (Sandy), Leota “Diane” (Robert) Lisowski, and the late Dorothy “Dottie” (Bobby) Boutwell, Jerry, and Richard (Susan); son of the late Leo and Hazel (nee Long); and uncle and great-uncle to many.  Visitation Sunday, July 9, 2-6 p.m., Hamsher Lakeside Funerals & Cremations, 12 N.
