Thomas W. Wolf Obituary

Thomas Weldon Wolf, 70, of Zion, formerly of Libertyville and Waukegan, passed away February 2, 2024.


Tom was born May 19, 1953, in Waukegan, to the late Fred and Bernice (nee Brinton) Wolf of Fox Lake.  Tom was creative and artistic with painting and drawing.  He also enjoyed and wrote music and played the guitar.  He had a very kind soul.


Tom is survived by siblings, Fred Wolf of Chandler, AZ, Sally Retek of Huntley, John (Marcia) Wolf of Ingleside, and Mary Axelson of Oshkosh, WI; nephews, Mike (Sue) Retek, Joe (Debi) Retek, and John Pollard; nieces, Toni Feltson, Georgeanna Emerson, Melissa Wolf, and Jessica (Troy) Golbach; and many grandnieces, grandnephews, great-grandnieces, and great-grandnephews.


Tom was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Peter Brinton Wolf; and sister-in-law, Deborah Lynn Granstrand.


A private urn burial will be held at Windridge Memorial Park, Cary.
