William “Bill” J. Hall

William “Bill” J. Hall, 63, of McHenry, passed away Friday, May 5, 2023, at home.  He was born September 15, 1959, in North Chicago, to the late William J. Sr. and Frances (nee Perpich) Hall.

Bill grew up in Zion and went on to have a successful career as a mechanical-engineering manager at Visual Pak in Waukegan and as a supervisor at Leica Biosystems in Richmond.  He enjoyed fishing, his Harley, and building machines.  Bill’s friendships were for life.  Above all, he adored his wife, children, grandchildren, and brother.

Bill is survived by his beloved wife, Constance “Connie” (nee Dishinger); loving children, Derek Hall and Amanda (Brett Cyrzan) Hall; cherished grandchildren, Mason, Colton, Brooke, and Brett Jr.; fond brother, Brian (Wauneda) Hall; and many nieces, nephews, and good friends.

In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his sisters, Missy Welch and Sandra Hall.

A celebration of Bill’s life will be held June 03, from 3:00-7:00 p.m. at Knollwood Sportsman’s Club, 17 Arcadia Rd., Lake Bluff, IL

In lieu of flowers, trees planted in Bill’s name are appreciated.
