William "Billy" G. Drews, passed away peacefully, July 17, 2024.  He was born March 15, 1944, Waukegan, Illinois to the late William and June Drews.  Billy was the beloved husband of Linda F. (nee: West) Drews, loving father of Nicole Sprague and Katlyn Drews, grandfather of Patrick and Kathryn Sprague and Iverson Inzurriaga.  He was a dear brother-in-law of the Vicki (late Bob) Drews, Patti Corneils and the late Diane (late Gordon) Kiesgen and fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.  Billy graduated from Grant High School.  He worked 40+ years for W.E. O'Neil Construction Company, Local Union 150, Crane Operator.  He proudly volunteered for the Fox Lake Fire Department.  Rest in Peace Billy.  Services will be private.
