My heartfelt sympathy to Sue's family and friends. I had the pleasure of knowing Sue at Zurich. We had some fun conversations about our pets and of course work related situations. She had a great laugh. She will surely be missed. So sorry for your loss. May she rest in peace.

I, too, only worked with Sue in the last few years but we sat diagonally across from one another and talked often, usually at the end of some very long days. She loved telling me stories about her "new" older cat and how sweet he was. Her dedication to her work was beyond reproach - - so conscientious. I'd hear her on the phone helping people and always with a positive attitude. She is missed so much! My thoughts and sympathy are with you, praying for you to get through this difficult time.
