Mary Conway (nee Krezel), 59, of Lake Villa, passed away Saturday, April 9, 2016, at Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital.

Mary was born May 17, 1956, in Chicago, to the late Edward and Lucille Krezel.  She married Robert Emmett Conway, Jr. on June 30, 1979.

Mary worked as a Guidance Secretary at Grant High School for almost 20 years and was a parishioner at St. Bede Catholic Church for 27 years.

Survivors include her husband of 36 years, Robert; children, Robert Emmett (Lauren Ashley) Conway III of Algonquin and Lindsay Marie (fiancé Ryan Timothy O’Connor) Conway of Volo; granddaughter, Kayla Emma Conway and a new granddaughter due in August 2016; brother, Dale Krezel of Ingleside; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Mary and Robert Conway, Sr.

The visitation will be Friday, April 15, from 3-9 p.m., at Hamsher Lakeside Funerals and Cremations, 12 N. Pistakee Lake Rd., Fox Lake.  The visitation will continue Saturday, April 16, from 9 a.m. until the time of prayers at 10:15 a.m., at the funeral home, with a procession to St. Bede Catholic Church for the 11 a.m. funeral Mass.  Inurnment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Mary’s name may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society, c/o St. Bede Catholic Church, 36455 N. Wilson Rd., Ingleside, IL 60041.
